I have worked many years with kids like live - in nanny and babysitter from all kinds of backgrounds, with all kinds of different stresses, worries, strengths and needs. Naturally, I have learned from them and I have evolved my own practices over the years, which now incorporates mindfulness, meditation and yoga with kids .
Through Kidding Around Yoga I was learning how yoga comes alive for children trough funny and spontaneous way . It is engaging for children of all ages by incorporating playful songs and games. At the same time, introduce the more serious side of yoga to children in an accessible way. I love Kidding Around Yoga classes because it brings joy and creativity, as well as peace and calm to children. It gives them tools to manage their stresses and challenges, and of course, they have tons of fun doing it !
